Hosts

Santa Lucia Pizza is a busy Italian and Greek restaurant and is currently seeking friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic Hosts, Phones Personnel and Food Runners for full time and part-time positions.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills, outgoing patient and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and organized. Strong critical thinking skills
• Well groomed and take pride in personal appearance
• Strong communicator with both customers and co-workers
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Restaurant experience is considered an asset but not necessary
• Lifting up to 30 pounds, kneeling, reaching and bending (all positions)
• Must be 16 years of age
• Must be available daytime, evenings and weekends. Must be able to work 10am-6pm for some shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet, serve and take payments for pickup guests (Hosts)
• Greet and seat dine-in customers (Hosts)
• Deliver meals to guests in all dining areas and assist servers as needed (Food Runners)
• Provide prompt, hospitable and efficient service for our customers (all positions)
• Maintain urgency and momentum in a fast paced atmosphere (all positions)
• Menu knowledge (all positions)
• Assist servers when needed (Hosts)
• Answer phones, take orders and handle general inquiries (Phones and Hosts)
• Provide assistance to other departments as needed (all positions)
• Continually following company policies, safety & health standards (all positions)
